Studio - Create Your Herbarium!

On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, nature takes over the Jacqueline de Romilly Library for a unique encounter between botany and contemporary creation. Under the expert eye of Flore, mediator of the Contemporary Art Fund, each participant creates a botanical painting by drawing on the aesthetics of the “The Four Elements” exhibition. Following a harvesting phase, the artistic gesture takes over to transform simple plants into a graphic and personal composition. This activity allows you to grasp contemporary art by manipulating organic matter, making aesthetic concepts tangible and alive. An ideal opportunity to learn about modern herbarium techniques while exchanging with a professional in the art field. The session takes place within the library, blending artisanal know-how and artistic inspiration.
