Cherry Blossom Party

From April 4th to 30th, 2026, spring blossoms will emancipate themselves from the parks to invest the walls of the eitoeiko gallery. This event brings together contemporary artists who challenge the sacred image of the sakura (cherry blossom). Through photography, digital art, or installation, these artists transform an ancestral motif into a vibrant reflection on renewal and the fragility of existence. The exhibition goes beyond pure aesthetics to question the social ritual of hanami (cherry blossom viewing) and the melancholy of falling petals. By dialoguing painting and hybrid techniques, the route offers a fresh perspective on this national emblem. This rendezvous coincides with the real flowering season, creating a striking echo between the works and the urban landscape in full transformation.
