Alex Israel: Where is My Mind?

In 2026, Pace Prints presents a new exploration of visual identity through the works of Alex Israel. The exhibition highlights a suite of ten pigment ink prints, newly developed iterations of his “Self Portrait” series. Each work is framed within a frame designed by the artist himself, creating a striking and recognizable silhouette effect. Israel, known for his explorations of perception and self-construction, uses photographs and printing techniques to capture moments of daily life in Los Angeles – from landscapes to interiors, passing by street scenes. This exhibition offers a unique opportunity to observe how the artist deconstructs and reassembles the image of self. The exhibition is free to visit from April 30th to June 6th, 2026.
