What the language does not translate - Fédération ASIEMUT
In 2026, artist Zhifang Tang invites the viewer to a deep reflection on memory and transitional spaces. Her work, presented by the association MINERVA within the ASIEMUT Federation, explores the concept of “in-betweenness,” this liminality between past and present, between cultures. Through calligraphy created on rice paper, Tang invokes millennial traditions while integrating them into a contemporary dialogue. Her works, gestures and visual rhythms, transcend simple communication, becoming spaces of projection and interpretation. The exhibition particularly resonates with the ASIEMUT Federation’s commitment to the integration of sino-Chinese and Asian populations. This unique presentation offers a novel perspective on displacements, whether geographical or symbolic. Admission is free from April 1st to May 23rd, 2026.
