In 1924, Georg Jensen left his Copenhagen workshop for a creative refuge in Paris, marking a turning point in his career. The newly unveiled exhibition at the Danish House, from April 1st to May 31st, 2026, sheds light on these two crucial years, during which the Danish goldsmith, influenced by Art Nouveau, redefined the forms of silver and its functional objects. This unprecedented discovery reveals a lesser-known Jensen, one who, far from industrial production, prioritized craftsmanship and quality. The exhibition presents a collection of rarely exhibited works, testifying to his innovative approach and his privileged relationship with Parisian artisans. The event is free and accessible to the public.
