Starting November 11, 2025, the Swedish Institute transforms its walls into a sensory laboratory where photographic paper becomes a living material. Three artists there challenge the codes of the fixed image to transform the snapshot into a tactile and organic experience. Here, film does not simply freeze reality; it sculpts time and manipulates textures to bring forth memories in motion. Between carefully staged scenes and pure abstraction, these works transform the archive into a profound reflection on our invisible traces. This selection of works, visible until February 22, 2026, offers a radical approach to the photographic medium, far from the usual digital perfection.
