Wild Nature in Paris

More than 3,400 wild species live in Paris – including 169 protected ones – a hidden urban secret revealed! The “Wild Nature in Paris” exhibition presents the 10 winning photos from a competition organized by the City of Paris, highlighting the unsuspected fauna and flora that share our capital. Organized at the Gabriële Buffet garden, this free exhibition allows you to witness the richness of Parisian biodiversity, captured by Parisians and Parisian women. The exhibition, accessible from March 16th to June 16th, 2026, is the result of a photo competition launched to celebrate this little-known urban biodiversity. It offers a unique perspective on the animal and plant life that coexists with human activity at the heart of Paris. An original initiative to raise awareness about environmental protection.
