Timothée Pagniez invites to a deep reflection on the imprint of humanity through a series of narrative architectural models. From April to May 2026, at the Folie N5, Parc de la Villette, the exhibition ‘Relics of the Future’ explores how our constructions, our cities, and our ambitions will be remembered in the future. The work, the result of a collaboration between art, architectural utopia, and theory, presents fictional constructions, “relics of the future” that question our relationship to history and imagination. These models, veritable imaginary vestiges, raise questions about the traces that our civilization could leave and how we envision the archaeology of our own species. The exhibition is free and offers an immersive experience where architecture and narration meet for a stimulating reflection on the future.
