Saki Maeda transforms the rigor of engineering into a vibrant visual poetry through her abstract compositions. Starting March 7, 2026, the Japanese artist invests the bright space of the WALL gallery, located in the heart of the Lumine complex. Her canvases play with our senses by deconstructing urban structures to better reinvent them. Between millimeter-precise lines and bold color planes, Maeda manages to capture the mathematical beauty of human constructions. Each work challenges traditional perspective, creating a fascinating dialogue between the solidity of the built environment and the fluidity of the gaze. Until June 30, this presentation offers a striking testimony to contemporary geometric abstraction, where the laws of physics fade away in favor of chromatic balance. It’s an opportunity to observe how modern architecture becomes a source of pure emotion, far beyond its simple technical function.
