Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle - Grande Galerie de l’Évolution
🧘
The Grande Galerie de l’Évolution will welcome, from April 2, 2025, a fascinating journey dedicated to the most hostile environments on Earth. Where the thermometer soars, nature deploys remarkable mechanisms to maintain life. From scorching sand dunes to the eternal ice of the poles, this presentation showcases the records of resilience of living organisms in the face of water scarcity or extreme temperatures. The journey allows visitors to observe how fauna and flora transform hostility into habitat through unique biological adaptations. Through a carefully designed scenography, the event also highlights the fragile balance of these ecosystems in the face of current climate upheavals. This crossing of arid and frozen lands will remain accessible to the National Museum of Natural History until April 19, 2026. A rare opportunity to grasp the power of biodiversity in its most secret strongholds.
