Olle Bærtling revolutionized abstract art for over thirty years, imposing his signature of dynamic triangles and electric colors. The Swedish Institute puts this heritage in light by juxtaposing his emblematic works with seven contemporary international artists, including Ulla von Brandenburg and Rana Begum. Sculptures, paintings, and textile installations intertwine to prove that geometry is not fixed. This exhibition offers a renewed vision of structures and movement, where the past of abstraction meets audacious modern approaches. A strong visual proposition to see from February 20th to July 19th, 2026, ideal for appreciating the vitality of a style which continues to challenge our views within this historical cultural center.
