Cohabiting: A New Approach to Space

Starting January 25th, 2026, the Bordeaux Cultural Centre transforms into a laboratory of ideas to reconsider our daily lives. Far from isolated urban models, this programming highlights collectives that reinvent neighbourhood life through participatory habitats and sustainable architectures. Life-size prototypes and stories of life illustrate how solidarity and ecology transform our homes into spaces for sharing. Until July 5th, 2026, visitors contribute directly to this reflection by joining design workshops to sketch the contours of their future dwelling. This concrete approach shows that housing tomorrow becomes a human and collective adventure, essential for building a fairer and more convivial city.
