Permanent exhibition of Banksy, the most mysterious of graffiti artists
Musée Banksy
🔥
Since 2019, this Parisian museum has celebrated the enigmatic British artist who transformed the walls of the world into an open-air gallery. Spanning 1200 m² over three levels, more than 100 life-size reproductions reconstruct Banksy’s subversive universe. Iconic stencils are juxtaposed with immersive installations: the gangster rat, the kissing police officers, the Bethlehem hotel. Each artwork tells a rebellion against consumerism, surveillance, and social injustice, treated with irony and provocation. On level -1, pieces from private collections offer a rare authenticity. Graffiti artists from around the world have faithfully recreated these iconic murals, from the heart of New York to Bristol. An experience that goes beyond a simple visit: it’s a captivating urban journey through the political and humanist messages of a street art master.
