Claude and Noël Franc, a ribbon of sunshine

In 2026, the Galerie Les Montparnos invites you to a plunge into the unique world of Claude and Noël Franc, an artistic collaboration born in 1962 and marked by a sunny sensibility and a two-handed approach. This exhibition presents a collection of canvases capturing moments of happiness, painted en plein air or in the studio, in Lyon, Morocco, and Provence. The work is characterized by a luminous palette and structured compositions, reflecting the vibrant atmosphere of these places. Claude, shopkeeper and decorator, and Noël, interior architect, created a collective work, a true “ribbon of sunshine,” celebrating light and joie de vivre. The exhibition is free and opens from March 26th to May 14th, 2026. A rare opportunity to discover the work of an inseparable couple of artists and to witness an emblematic painting practice.
