Temporary Title, 2026 – In the Middle, Somewhat Rehearsed

Former a molecular biologist, Xavier Le Roy treats the human body as an open-air laboratory. At the heart of the KINDL, fourteen performers deploy a living mosaic where the boundaries between sculpture, sound and movement blur. The experience rejects the comfort of the seated spectator: here, one circulates freely among the interpreters, becoming neighbor or partner in a choreography in constant metamorphosis. This project, co-produced notably by the Autumn Festival in Paris, presents itself as an open construction site rather than a frozen work. Before its premiere at the Palais de Tokyo, this ephemeral encounter offers a raw glimpse of a thought in motion. One observes the birth of a shared rhythm, a sculpture that breathes and evolves according to our proximity. It is a rare invitation to inhabit the space of creation, where the gesture remains still warm, vibrant and undecided.
