Alchemists

In 2026, Eleventh Hour Art presents ‘Alchemists’, an unprecedented collective exhibition bringing together the work of 18 trans artists. Inspired by the concept of alchemy, the exhibition explores the complex dynamics between bodies, queer lives and desires, and the natural world. The trans artists act as transformers, shaping raw materials into works that evoke creation, transformation, and the sublime. This collaboration between Eleventh Hour Art and Trans Art Fest offers a new perspective on the relationship between identity and environment. The exhibition opens on April 11th from 2pm to 7pm and continues until May 24th. It is the result of the careful curation of Carter Shocket and aligns with Eleventh Hour Art’s mission to promote emerging artists and sensitive to their personal histories.
