Brian Alfred: Plus Ultra

Brian Alfred, cofounder of a solidarity football club, transposes his passion for the field to the canvas. At the Miles McEnery Gallery, the artist captures the adrenaline of stadiums and the fervor of supporters through striking compositions. His work goes beyond the simple athletic aspect, dwelling on the rituals and collective emotion born from competition. Drawing upon his daily experience at the heart of football culture, he offers an authentic perspective on this milieu. His works capture the aesthetics of sport as a universal language connecting individuals across scores. This collection of works is presented from June 25th to August 14th, 2026, offering a perspective where social engagement and graphic creation unite in a spectacular way.
