Jazsalyn: Warpmode, This is not a game!

Jazsalyn takes hold of the digital spaces at the Whitney Museum of American Art to challenge our perceptions of identity. Building on a deck of forty cards designed with the Black Beyond collective, the artist proposes a reflection on Black meta-theories and multidimensionality. This project transforms game tools into levers for critical thinking, offering a renewed vision of world-building. Far from being mere entertainment, this interactive work uses technology to map new futures. The artist employs an innovative approach to digital culture, making complex philosophical concepts accessible through an intuitive interface. Situated at the intersection of conceptual art and technological innovation, this installation encourages collective introspection on the social structures that surround us.
