RISD MFA Painting 2026

Inspired by the sensation of being lost, the exhibition ‘Marooned’ presents an unprecedented collection of paintings created by RISD MFA Painting students from 2026. Curated by Ajay Kurian, this exhibition highlights the work of Lloyd-Princeton Cangé, Callie Coccia, and ten other emerging talents. The artwork explores themes of disorientation, identity, and the fragility of reality through a variety of media – charcoal, acrylics, paper. This collaboration between the school and Uffner & Liu gallery offers a fascinating glimpse into the next generation of promising figures in contemporary art. The exhibition is open from July 10th to August 28th, 2026. An opening reception will take place on July 10th.
