Rosha Yaghmai: Roving Wire

In March 2026, Chapter NY will present Rosha Yaghmai’s first solo exhibition, ‘Roving Wire’. The Los Angeles-based artist explores the relationship between the physical and the perception through sand-cast aluminum sculptures and superimposed organza paintings. The work creates a landscape that is both cosmic and intimate, a “forest” of frozen totems, evoking terrestrial forms such as petrified trunks and monumental bones, suggesting processes of transformation and memory. Yaghmai questions how heat, pressure, and materials manifest in our experience, between the body and geology. This exhibition, which runs from March 6th to April 18th, 2026, is a fascinating exploration of perception and material transformation. It is presented by Chapter NY and is accessible to the public.
