The Distance We Keep

Inka Essenhigh, Wolf Kahn, and other major figures in American figurative painting come together for a captivating exhibition. Between May and June 2026, Miles McEnery Gallery presents a powerful collection exploring themes of isolation, landscape, and memory. This selection of works, including recent creations by artists such as Whitney Bedford and Sebastian Blanck, offers a poignant look at the contemporary world through distinct perspectives. The exhibition highlights a particular sensitivity to space and feeling, often reflecting the tensions between human nature and its environment. A unique opportunity to see rarely exhibited works publicly. Visit the gallery from May 14th to June 20th.
