In July 2026, Olney Gleason presents ‘The Quiet Hour’, a singular exhibition exploring the act of observation through a dialogue between contemporary artists and historical figures. The exhibition gathers works ranging from Paul Cézanne to more recent creators, all united by their approach to perceiving the world – whether rooted in personal experience, memory, or a meticulous accumulation of details. The central idea is to examine how landscapes, figures, and still lifes become vectors for questioning light, space, and our own relationship with reality. ‘The Quiet Hour’ invites a deep reflection on how we construct our vision of the world, drawing inspiration from varied techniques ranging from reduction to complex accumulations. The exhibition is free and open from July 23rd to August 28th, 2026.
