Why… Yes It Is a Move Show: Rich Jacobs with Some of His Friends

In May 2026, the Halsey McKay Gallery will present a suite of works by Rich Jacobs, recently exhibited at SWIM Gallery in San Francisco. This exhibition marks a return to his intimate and often humorous visual explorations, resulting from a collaboration with a group of artist friends. Jacobs revisits themes of identity and movement, exploring relational dynamics through a series of conceptual installations. This project, initially conceived for December 2025, offers a unique opportunity to observe the evolution of his work and the richness of his creative exchanges.
