Gerhard Richter: Landscapes

In 2026, David Zwirner will present a fascinating exploration of the work of Gerhard Richter, centered on his celebrated landscape paintings created between the 1960s and 2000s. The exhibition, titled ‘Landschaften,’ juxtaposes these photorealistic works with a selection of pieces from his ‘Abstrakte Bilder’ series (1976-2017), offering a unique perspective on the evolution of his style.
