Morning Mists

In July 2026, Fujiko Nakaya’s ephemeral work, ‘Cloud #07156’, will transform the Rotonde du Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection into a misty and changing landscape. This Japanese artistic installation, created using a technique of suspending fine particles, creates a poetic and contemplative atmosphere. Nakaya, a pioneer in conceptual art, often explored the connections between nature and urban environments. The exhibition ‘Clair-Obscur’ offers a unique sensory experience where the mist forms and dissipates, constantly modifying the setting. A rare work presented for a limited period from July to August 2026, it invites meditation on fragility and transience.
