In 2026, La Fabrique de la Solidarité will welcome a poignant photographic work, the result of a unique collaboration. Karen Assayag carried out an intense project between 2021 and 2022 with women in precarious situations, accompanied by the association Le Filon. The exhibition “Ce qu’il reste au fond de moi” (What Remains at the Bottom of Me) is the result of this work, capturing portraits and life stories marked by exile, violence, exclusion, but also by remarkable strength and dignity. The exhibition is a sensitive exploration of human resilience, made possible thanks to the active participation of the women confronting their own stories. The initiative, supported by the Caritas Social Photo Prize, sheds light on often invisible experiences. The exhibition is free and will run from February 17th to July 31st, 2026.
