Emilio Azevedo transports us to the heart of the Brazilian interior, where the Amazon rainforest meets the scars of modernity. Starting November 6, 2025, the Maison d’Auguste Comte will host a striking visual narrative born from a fascination with the geometric boundaries that redraw the landscape of Rondônia. The artist captured this brutal transition between wild nature and human impact, transforming simple infrastructure into a graphic and melancholic work of art. His photographs, on display until December 21st, question our relationship to space and deforestation with rare sensitivity. By confronting the philosophical order of the exhibition venue with the untamed Brazilian jungle, this exhibition proposes a poignant reflection on the trajectory of our world.
