Shards of Love – Blank Canvas

Laurent Pernot exhumes testimonies of passion hidden in the heart of the archives of the Post Museum. From the brutality of the Siege of Paris to contemporary storms, the artist stages intimate letters written in the urgency of conflicts. These fragments of paper, bearing hope between fronts, reveal the indestructible power of feelings in the face of historical violence. The installation blends postal fonds and plastic creations to illustrate how attachment survives the passage of time and forced separation. It is a vibrant dialogue between past and present, where every word traced with ink becomes an act of resistance against oblivion. This journey into the heart of love letters can be admired from June 6, 2026 to February 16, 2027 at the Post Museum.
