Free Japanese Art: SHINGIIIIII

In July 2026, Japanese artist SHINGIIIIII will present his immersive work “SHINGISM — Ukiyo-e Banashi,” a unique exhibition at the heart of the Luxembourg Gardens. Inspired by the fusion of traditional Japanese ukiyo-e aesthetics and tropical Hawaiian light, this exhibition invites contemplation of meticulously drawn artworks enhanced with gold. SHINGIIIIII, whose roots extend through Japan, Ireland, and the United States, explores in his works the harmonious coexistence between nature, humanity, and diverse cultures. The exhibition is free and takes place as part of “The Luxembourg Gardens Summer 2026.” It offers a rare opportunity to admire innovative painting techniques and a poetic visual universe. The exhibition will run from July 17th to 28th, 2026.
