The Meeting of Painting and Literature - 95 PASSY
In November 2026, an unprecedented encounter is taking shape in Paris: painting and literature unite around the work of Vanecha Roudbaraki. The exhibition “The Fable of Poppies,” inspired by the final chapter of his book ‘My Silences in Paint,’ invites the public to explore the fusion of words and colors. Pierre Buraglio, known for his unique method of working “with, after, around” existing works, proposes a series of original interpretations, drawing inspiration from the drafts and writings of Honoré de Balzac. The exhibition presents contemporary artworks that dialogue with the corrections, erasures, and additions of the famous writer, offering an unprecedented look at his creative process. This unique immersion allows one to understand how art can reinterpret literature and vice versa. A privileged space for sharing a common passion: art, creation, and freedom.
