The Festival La Fabrique du Regard #4

From June 3rd to 7th, 2026, the image-document breaks out of its usual frames at the BAL to challenge our perceptions. This annual event transforms the space into a bustling laboratory where projections, encounters, and creation workshops intersect. The programming intensifies particularly during White Night, offering a unique nocturnal experience where the light of screens dialogues with darkness. The event interrogates our way of deciphering the world through the lens, focusing on transmission and sharing of experiences. By engaging the eye and mind, these five days foster direct dialogue with engaged works and artists from diverse backgrounds. It’s a reflective and dynamic parenthesis, ideal for capturing the backstage of contemporary visual creation away from the rigid codes of the museum institution.
