Nanténé Traoré — Land of Wonders

Nanténé Traoré marks a major step by presenting his work for the first time in a museum setting at the MEP Studio. The artist deploys a vibrant iconography where intimacy becomes a universal language. His photographs do not simply freeze reality; they function as silent meditations on attachment and the persistence of memories. Through sensitive images, the work questions our relationship to disappearance and how we preserve the trace of those we love. This previously unseen selection sheds light on a poetic vision of everyday life, away from usual artifices. The European House of Photography welcomes this unique journey, inviting deep reflection on what binds us together in the secret of rooms or the tumult of shared emotions.
