In May 2026, the Shoah Memorial is organizing a moving journey to coincide with the 85th anniversary of the “green ticket” roundup. This unique itinerary takes you to discover the key locations of this tragedy: the Memorial’s exhibition, Japy gymnasium, Pithiviers station, and the former Loiret camp. The event offers an immersion in history, particularly thanks to previously unseen photographs taken by a Gestapo photographer, revealing aspects rarely highlighted. This unique memorial journey allows you to understand the circumstances of this mass expulsion of Jews towards internment camps. It is an important opportunity to remember and transmit this legacy.
