Re-Connection – Xeno-Exhibition / Return of Residences

In 2026, eight artists who had completed residencies in France, including in Paris, will gather at the Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles for a unique exhibition: “Reconnection, Xeno-exhibition / Return of Residencies.” The event offers an ephemeral laboratory where these creators revisit their initial projects, shaped by their experience in France. The exhibition is the result of intense reflection and presents multidisciplinary works exploring the links between creation and territory. The project aims to explore the impacts of artist residencies on creative production. The event is free and provides a privileged space for observing the evolution of ideas and techniques. This dialogue between artists and the public offers an unprecedented perspective on the role of contemporary art in our society. A collaboration between the artists and the Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles, this project aims to be a moment of sharing and exchange.
