In 1970, Paris was already a vibrant city, but its face had a distinct character. A unique exhibition invites you to compare the capital’s landscapes today with photographs taken more than fifty years ago. The participatory photo observatory of Parisian landscapes presents an ongoing campaign, revealing spectacular transformations – from dilapidated buildings to new modern districts, peaceful canals to lively streets.
This mid-point exhibition offers a novel perspective on Paris's urban evolution. You will be able to admire contrasted shots and reflect on the city’s past and present. The event is free and open from July 8th to September 12th, 2026. A rare opportunity to capture the changes that have shaped the metropolis we know.
