For two decades, storage capacity has exploded, fueled by logistics warehouses, data centers, and personal storage platforms. This expansion, which concentrates unprecedented amounts of goods, data, and objects, raises crucial questions about our future. The exhibition “Stock, architectures of survival and transmission” examines this contemporary phenomenon, analyzing the implications of these massive structures on resource management and the transmission of knowledge. It highlights the increasing importance of storage in the face of supply chain crises and the need to preserve and reorganize inventories. The exhibition, proposed by the Arsenal Pavilion, encourages reflection on the re-architecture of stock, particularly by prioritizing reserve stockpiling and the transformation of existing resources. It runs from April 16th to June 28th, 2026.
