At the heart of the 16th arrondissement, the Palais Galliera offers an unprecedented dive into the world of fashion craftsmanship. Starting December 13, 2025, the exhibition sheds light on the history of textile ornamentation, from the 18th century to the present day. This first stage of a trilogy explores the subtle art of weaving, embroidery, printing, and lace – techniques used to transform clothing and accessories into true works of art. Organized by Nadia Albertini and a team of experts, the exhibition reveals how the flower, an inexhaustible source of inspiration, has been elevated by these crafts. The exhibition, which continues until October 2026, is a unique opportunity to appreciate the richness and complexity of the history of fashion. Tickets are available from €0 to €14.
