An exhibition of photographs to shed light on the trees of the Sahel - Jardin des Serres d'Auteuil
From June 17th to July 5th, 2026, the Jardin des Serres d’Auteuil will be the stage for a visual encounter with the vegetal resilience of West Africa. These photographs celebrate silent giants such as the baobab, shea tree, or locust tree – true pillars of survival for local populations. Far from arid clichés, the lens here highlights the generosity of an ecosystem that nourishes, heals, and protects. This artistic route offers a rare testimony on the visceral link uniting inhabitants of the Sahel with their land. Admiring these sentinels of the savanna in the lush setting of the Parisian greenhouses creates a striking contrast, inviting deep reflection on the preservation of this vital biodiversity. An essential photographic stop to capture the crucial importance of these natural resources before the event closes at the beginning of July.
