From June 6th to 14th, 2026, the sounds and images of the countryside invite you to the Climate Academy. During the Festival du Mieux Manger (The Better Eating Festival), the association Abiosol sheds light on the daily life of four organic farms in Île-de-France. This installation makes visible the gestures and audible the atmospheres of local livestock: from sheep bleating to the care given to cows, goats, and chickens. Far from idyllic images, the route offers a direct approach to the work of an organic farmer at the capital’s doorstep. It is a living testimony to the reality of those who feed the region while preserving biodiversity. This sensory encounter allows you to reconnect with the origin of our food and understand the current stakes of agriculture respectful of life.
